Maelstrom Manipulators are an Eclipse specialty being made by Doomslicer. They will have almost no basic attack (it will just be whatever the basic attack without weapons is), but amazing specials. They will weild the Maelstrom as a weapon. Unlike the rest of the Eclipse, they want to find a way to make it still exist in a less dangerous form, so that they can retain their powers even once it is destroyed. They are quite dangerous and their valiant is a special staff known as the Maelstrom Manipulation Enhancer, which allows for better control of the Maelstrom. They are quite far from the rest of the NF due to their views on Maelstrom. More info coming soon.
